Our Craft

CASELLI is a materials-led skincare house.

Our formulas are anhydrous, composed entirely of raw materials. Designed to be returned to, used often or sparingly, without irritation, excess, or ceremony.

We work exclusively with sesame and olive oils.
Cold-pressed, unrefined, and chosen for their long history of skin compatibility. No trend oils. No substitutions.

Our shea is wildcrafted in Northern Ghana and prepared by hand.
Left unrefined to preserve its natural structure, it forms the base of the line.
A natural smoke note is present, inherent to traditionally fire-roasted shea.

Botanicals are fair-trade and organic, selected for gentleness and compatibility with skin.

Resin distillates are prepared through copper steam distillation from sustainably harvested resins in Somaliland.

Whole frankincense and myrrh resins are infused into sesame and olive oils, then incorporated into the shea.

Scent is present only as a result of the materials themselves.
No essential oils. No added fragrance.

Prepared in small runs in our Atlanta studio.
Decisions are made by hand.
